Breakfast-All-Day Favorite Plans to Open Second Athens-Area Location

Sept. 6, 2022 — Athens, Ga.— Polias Management announces that The Flying Biscuit Café will open a second Athens location at 1850 Epps Bridge Pkwy, Ste. 117 this Fall.

The charming breakfast favorite is known for their delicious twists on breakfast classics and will join Trader Joe’s, Newk’s Eatery, Dunkin’, Ashley HomeStore, and more at The Markets at Epps Bridge.

Menu favorites include the Egg-stravaganza breakfast meal, the Hangover Hash, and their new Stuffed French Toast Breakfast. The full menu includes a variety of bowls, sandwiches, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

“We are very excited to expand our footprint in Athens so that even more people can enjoy the Flying Biscuit Café experience,” said Arjun Patel. He and Jhonmark Solis are Operators of the Athens locations.
