Kendra Scott Athens Partners with The Cancer Foundation, Extra Special People, & Junior League of Athens to Kick Off Grand Opening Weekend

June 9, 2022 — Athens, Ga.— Kendra Scott will open in the Beechwood Shopping Center on June 10, 2022. Located at 196 Alps Rd., this 2,110 square foot location will display Kendra Scott’s current collections, including Scott Bros. By Kendra Scott, which launched last June.

A favorite celebrity brand, Kendra Scott offers iconic jewelry collections and a unique customer experience, including the Kendra Scott Color Bar™, where shoppers can create customized jewelry in minutes and leave with it in hand.

Continuing its commitment to the local community, the jewelry brand will partner with local non-profits throughout the weekend through its Kendra Gives Back initiative. To participate in the grand opening events, shoppers can plan to visit during the following times:

  • Friday, June 10 from 4-6 p.m. – Kendra Scott Athens will partner with The Cancer Foundation and donating 20% of proceeds during the event to help alleviate the financial burden of cancer for eligible patients. Frothy Cart will be offering coffee or gelato to supporters with any purchase.
  • Saturday, June 11th from 1-4 p.m. – Kendra Scott Athens will partner with Extra Special People (ESP) to donate 20% of proceeds during the event that will assist with creating transformative experiences for people with disabilities and their families. Guests may enjoy sips and sweets while they shop, including complimentary coffee from Java Joy, a program empowered by ESP.
  • Sunday, June 12th from 3-5 p.m. – Kendra Scott Athens will partner with the Junior League of Athens to donate 20% of proceeds back to their chapter. Guests can enjoy a popsicle courtesy of Popbar.

During each event, supporters who spend $75 will receive a special gift with purchase.
