Urgent Care of Oconee County and Georgia Spa Company Open This Week; Another Broken Egg Café to Open Soon
May 17, 2022 — Athens, GA — Polias Management’s newest development, Briarcliff, is now open.
Located at 2375 W. Broad Street, Briarcliff is home to Urgent Care of Oconee, Georgia Spa Co., and Another Broken Egg Café.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held at Urgent Care of Oconee on Wednesday, May 18, at 11 a.m. and at Georgia Spa Co. on Friday, May 20, at noon. Another Broken Egg Café will open in Fall 2022.
Polias also recently renovated the space at Seven Hundred Baxter, featuring Slutty Vegan, Push Pilates, Surcheros, Newks Eatery, and Choco Pronto Coffee. Crumbl Cookies opened last week at Beechwood Shopping Center, another Polias property.
“We believe Athens is the best town in the country,” said David Mulkey, founder and principal of Polias, “And we want our retail experiences to reflect that.”
Briarcliff offers proximity to downtown Athens, University of Georgia, and area hospitals. Other Polias Management locations in the area include Beechwood Shopping Center, West Broad Market, The Markets at Epps Bridge, and Seven Hundred Baxter.
